 | AR3, Inc. of Buffalo, New York, USA is an Amtech marketing and operational support partner for the oil spill-on-water remote sensing system (SRSS). SRSS was developed by Amtech for a major oil company. Amtech has a license for the SRSS design, and is currently working with
AR3, Inc. in marketing the system and in developing a number of SRSS product enhancements. |

 | Ayles-Fernie International Limited of Sevenoaks, Kent, England
has developed a large capacity oil dispersant spraying system that is
deployed on Lockheed 382G (Hercules) aircraft. Design approval for
the system was obtained by Amtech under Transport Canada Supplemental Type
Certificate (STC) SA02-132 (an FAA STC is also available for this installation).

 | Meeker Aviation of Pitt Meadows, British Columbia is an Amtech
partner in the area of special ops equipment for police helicopters.
Amtech has developed a NightSun mount for the Eurocopter AS350
helicopter. This mount is marketed through
Meeker Aviation and is in
use by many police services in Canada, the United States, Europe and
abroad. |

 | Amtech has a long-term Engineering Services Agreement with
Viking Air Limited of Sidney,
British Columbia, Canada. Under this arrangement, Amtech provides
design and certification engineering services for Viking in support of the
Dehavilland legacy aircraft type designs owned by Viking. Aircraft
supported are the DHC-1 (Chipmunk) through to the DHC-7 (Dash 7) and
include the legendary DHC-6 (Twin Otter). |

project. Defence R&D Canada (DRDC) is leading
this project which is a Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Technology
Research Initiative (CRTI) funded effort and is one of a number of important
DRDC initiatives that are part of Canada's counter-terrorism effort. The

Amtech is an engineering and technical services contractor for the
Canadian Centre for Mine Action Technologies (CCMAT). Amtech projects for CCMAT include the development of a low-metal mechanical scanner for the evaluation of hand-held mine detectors and the development of mechanical mine surrogates for anti-personnel mines. Established in 1998, the
