AR3, Inc. in marketing the system and in developing a number of SRSS product enhancements. |

 | Ayles-Fernie International Limited of Sevenoaks, Kent, England
has developed a large capacity oil dispersant spraying system that is
deployed on Lockheed 382G (Hercules) aircraft. Design approval for
the system was obtained by Amtech under Transport Canada Supplemental Type
Certificate (STC) SA02-132 (an FAA STC for this installation is pending).

military systems/mechanical design services in the aeronautics and military engineering areas. Amtech works closely with CGC
Design Inc. on a variety of projects for the Canadian Department of National Defence

partners with Amtech on military engineering and automated system

 | Meeker Aviation of Pitt Meadows, British Columbia is an Amtech
partner in the area of special ops equipment for police helicopters.
Amtech has recently developed a NightSun mount for the Eurocopter AS350
helicopter. This mount is marketed through
Meeker Aviation and is in

this project which is a Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Technology

DRDC initiatives that are part of Canada's counter-terrorism effort. The

Amtech is an engineering and technical services contractor for the
Canadian Centre for Mine Action Technologies (CCMAT). Amtech projects for CCMAT include the development of a low-metal mechanical scanner for the evaluation of hand-held mine detectors and the development of mechanical mine surrogates for anti-personnel mines. Established in 1998, the
