Certification Engineering and Aeronautical Products

Plans for the Immediate Future

 

Amtech has moved strategically into the development of specialized aeronautical products that are available for meeting niche and other operator needs.  This builds on the company' s expertise in systems design and integration and enhances our capability to support both engineering services and aeronautical product development.

In addition to a wide variety of aeronautical design approvals in the form of Transport Canada and Federal Aviation Administration Supplemental Type Certificates, Amtech has developed a number of aeronautical products.  These products include the following:

bullet NightSun Searchlight Mount for Eurocopter AS350 models (all series) (Transport Canada STC SA02-40 and FAA STC SR01644NY) (in partnership with Meeker Aviation of Pitt Meadows, British Columbia).
bullet Bombardier RegionalJet Map/Chart Flight Deck Storage Compartment.
bullet Cessna Citation II Dorsal Fin Replacement Supplemental Type Certificate.
